Purchasing Card Orientation Schedule

FOR FACULTY OR STAFF WHO HAVE
ALREADY APPLIED FOR A PURCHASING CARD

Thank you for your interest in the MSU Purchasing Card Program.
In accordance with the MSU Purchasing Card Program, we have scheduled the following orientation sessions:

Thursday, September 10 @ 1:00 pm

Monday, September 14 @ 10:00 am

 Wednesday, September 16 @ 1:00 am

 Friday, September 25 @ 1:00 am

Tuesday, September 29 @ 10:00 am 

Tuesday, October 6 @ 10:00 am 

Thursday, October 15 @ 10:00 am 

Monday, October 19 @ 1:00 am 

Wednesday, October 28 @ 10:00 am 

PLEASE NOTE:
To cancel your orientation, contact the Purchasing Card Team at (517) 884-6080 or email: mpowell@msu.edu 24 hours prior to the orientation date.
Failure to do so will result in a $10.00 "no-show" fee being assessed to your account.

Classes are limited to 15 persons.

A valid pictured ID will be required to pick up your purchasing card.

To become better acquainted with the program and prior to your scheduled orientation, please review the Purchasing Card User's Manual on our website at www.purchasing.msu.edu.  Bring any questions you may have at that time. 
 
The orientation will be held in the conference room at the Old Purchasing Building (Bldg #88) located on the North side of Service Rd. across from the Angell Building and usually requires about two (2) hours of your time. 

When you arrive, follow the signs for "Credit Card Training".
